We, at MushinBiz, want to make your experience with our reliable and finest designing service to be simple, hassle-free and pleasing. Keeping that in view, we have formulated a plain set of terms and conditions which you must carefully read prior to placing an order.

By placing an order with MushinBiz, you hereby agree to follow and comply with the following terms and conditions:

General Services Contract

MushinBiz is a highly reputed digital marketing agency which is established to provide small and large-scale businesses with digital marketing services and web development services.

Quality Assurance

So far, MushinBiz has successfully helped several businesses promote their brand in the market by providing them with striking and eye-catching designs. Our highly efficient process allows us to service more quickly, efficiently and at reasonable prices.

Refund Policy

If client halts work and applies for a refund within 3 days, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate of MYR 150.00 per hour, and deducted from the initial mobilization payment, the balance of which shall be returned to client.

If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above.

No portion of this initial payment will be refunded unless requested within 3 days of signing this contract.
